Puppy Socialization Safety Guidelines
Although we think a dog will play nice with everyone and everything, there are ways to make sure this happens. Here are a few guidelines that might help with socializing your new puppy.
See below for a specific list.
This is not a complete list and Arizona Goldendoodles does not hold any legal liability, when in doubt please contact your Veterinarian.

First
Work closely with your veterinarian and keep your puppy current on his vaccinations.
Second
Wait at least 7 days after your puppy’s first set of vaccinations before you go to a new place.
Third
Pick a puppy class provider that uses disinfectant to clean waste and requires proof of vaccination.
Fourth
Until your puppy is fully vaccinated, avoid areas where dogs of unknown vaccination status go to the bathroom.
Fifth
Only let your puppy interact with other dogs that are friendly, healthy, and current on their vaccinations.
Sixth
Stay away from dog parks until your puppy is fully vaccinated and at least 6 months old.
Seventh
Always be ready to remove your puppy from situations that overwhelm him.
Eighth
If your puppy is sick, contact your vet and keep him away from other dogs.
